SHIFT HAPPENS MASTERCLASS

Creating change isn’t always easy, which is why I felt inspired to lead this new, free masterclass. SHIFT HAPPENS was designed to help you take the first step towards a brighter, more fulfilling future. Participants were equipped with practical tools, actionable strategies, and a different perspective to help them thrive in the face of uncertainty, so that they can embrace the opportunities that change brings.

I was delighted to be involved in the inaugural IMAGE Business Club Event entitled Starting Over at The Westbury Hotel in March 2022. This was a wonderful night of networking, exchange of business ideas and conversation from the panellists which included Domini Kemp and Melanie Morris. The evening marked the glorious return of IMAGE’s live events, after a two-year hiatus!

On the night, I delivered the keynote presentation on How to Get Unstuck and shared my 7 Tips to Starting Over with the audience.

I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet with some of you in person, and to be involved with such an exciting event. A huge thank you to the IMAGE team and to everyone who attended on the night.

Chartered Accountants Conference

I was delighted to be invited to speak at the Chartered Accountants Ireland’s Thrive Wellbeing Hub members event. Entitled ‘Step into Your Power’, the conference shone a light on the issues and challenges encountered by members from all walks of life as they navigate their professional and personal lives.

I was part of a leading panel of expert speakers offering unique insights and advice, and talking to members about how they can harness their potential and step into their power.
