MODULE THREE: CONNECTION
Welcome to Module Three.
In this powerful module, we’ll take a look at the idea of ‘connection’. A favourite of mine! We’ll examine what it means when we find ourselves disconnected and how this hinders our ability to create change.
You’ll discover examples of how you may have become disconnected from yourself, and what to do to reconnect fully so that you can give yourself permission to change. I’ll guide you through some practical exercises to help you get back in touch with YOU and what it is you really love to do.
You’ll learn more about the importance of creating a daily practice and what would work best for you to implement into your daily routine. The internal shift really begins in this module, it really is one of the most important modules in the whole programme and so I hope you relish working through it.

VIDEO ONE:
In this initial video, we’ll start at the beginning and explore just what it means to be disconnected. Whilst this might seem like an unusual subject to include here, the truth is, that when we’re disconnected, we are simply unavailable for change.
We will also examine what causes it, what leads to us being disconnected, what you should watch out for and discuss how we become more susceptible to negative thoughts, actions and behaviours when we are in this frame of mind.
We’ll then take a closer look at why the balance between our head and our heart is so crucial when it comes to feeling fully prepared to embrace change into our lives.
VIDEO TWO
In this video, we’ll dive even deeper into just how it feels when you are disconnected and look at examples of how it shows up in our day to day lives. You will be able to recognise the signs so much easier which will help you resolve the challenges it brings also.
I’ll guide you through some exercises to help identify where you are feeling this most and we’ll also get you back in touch with what it is that you really love to do. This will provide a really helpful starting point to help move you back towards feeling more like your true self.
VIDEO THREE
In this final video, we will dive deeper into developing a daily practice. This is a non-negotiable essential for me, and it’s something that I insist all of my clients implement into their daily life. So be prepared to feel challenged!
And before you tell me that you simply don’t have the time for a daily practice, you can stop right there! We’ll look at how you can create an effective practice that you can do in just 15 minutes a day. Honestly, this is such a vital step to helping you pave the way for great change. You have to trust me on this!
Finally, because each of us are different and enjoy different things, we’ll explore a variety of ideas for practices that you could include in your daily connection routine which means that you will get choose to do something that feels just right for you.
