A very warm welcome to The Change Accelerator.
I am so pleased you’re here and congratulate you on taking this fantastic step forward for yourself! This programme will help you to create the changes you’ve been wishing to make - over the course of five training modules, I’ll be sharing with you all the things that I’ve learned throughout my own change journey, and that I still use and put into practice, again and again, as my life continues to evolve and shift.
I’ll guide you, week by week, through the training material to help you identify whatever it is that has been holding you back so that you can begin to shift it, and then take powerful aligned action towards the things that you desire to have, be or experience in your life.
This is your Member’s Area, and you’ll find below links to access each of the training modules, as well as an introductory video to help you settle in.

HOW THIS PROGRAMME WORKS:
The Change Accelerator is delivered across five modules, plus an introductory video from me to help you get settled in and prepared for your journey through the programme. There are three training videos within each module, plus a fillable workbook to complete as you go through the training.
Each week, for the next five weeks, you’ll receive access to a new training module to work through you. You’ll receive an email notification when your next module is available for you, and you’ll be able to access it here inside the Member’s Area.
This is a self-guided, self-study programme. I’m sharing with you here everything I know to help you create the change you so desire in your life – and, you will absolutely get out of this whatever you put in to this programme. So, I highly recommend that you make time in your schedule, right now, to watch the training videos each week and complete the workbooks.
Once you’ve completed the programme, the training material is available to you for the lifetime of this programme. You can revisit it whenever you wish, whenever you need a boost, a reminder or to create a new level of change for yourself.

INTRODUCTION
Let’s get started!
In this short introductory video, I share my intentions for you as you embark on your very own change journey, as well as some useful things to keep in mind as you work through this programme. I also offer some further insight into how the programme will work.
Lastly, I share with you how to ensure that you get the very most out of this programme so that by the end, you feel empowered and inspired to create change with confidence.
MODULE ONE: CLARITY
For our first module, we begin by putting the correct foundations in place, which will support you through the rest of this programme.
I’ll firstly help you to identify your vision, your end destination, who it is you want to become and how you want to feel when you get there. You’ll then uncover what matters most to you right now and be guided towards the best direction for you.
This module will leave you feeling inspired to create change, and facing in the right direction for the next module.
MODULE TWO: CONFIDENCE
Change can’t happen if you don’t believe you deserve it.
In this second module, I will guide you to rebuild your confidence and restore your feelings of self-worth so that you have the inner strength to create the changes you so desire to make.
We’ll identify your fears, your limiting beliefs and any stories that are no longer serving you, that have been blocking you and getting in your way.
You’ll learn how to manage them, live with them and not allow them to dominate your life.
Module THREE: CONNECTION
During this powerful module, you’ll discover how you may have become disconnected from yourself and what you can do in order to reconnect so that you can give yourself permission to change.
You’ll learn all about the importance of creating a daily practice, as one of my keys to creating lasting and sustainable change. I’ll guide you to consider and decide which tools and practices could work best for you.
You will also discover how to slow down, so that you can move faster. The internal shift really begins in this module.
Module FOUR: CREATING CHANGE
This module is a really practical one!
Together, we will be exploring your People-Pleasing ways. I’ll help you understand how People-Pleasing may be showing up for you, how these behaviour patterns are affecting you and then show you how you can reduce them.
We will explore how you can build better boundaries for yourself and equip you with the tools, the language, and the knowledge of just how to introduce them into your life, and most importantly, how to maintain them!
Module FIVE: COURAGE TO CHANGE
Change requires you to choose courageously and, in this final training module, you will discover how to choose and then implement change that always feels right for you.
This is about detaching from your drama, accepting responsibility, identifying your purpose and being brave enough to change what needs changing, every time. No more excuses, no more feeling like the victim, no more feeling stuck. This module will leave you feeling fully prepared, excited and ready for change.
